I used to ruminate about a particular person who rejected me. She was my daughter’s Godmother. It probably took me 10 years to stop thinking about her. If I am reminded now about her I still get upset. So maybe your answer is that you never really get over it. I love you my dear friend. Merry Christmas. Sending prayers for you x

@TAB @StuF Got offered a beautiful complimentary calendar from Terry White Pharmacy from the local pharmacist. What a nice gesture. I thought why not and said yes! I've just converted it into an astro calendar now. Have been penciling in ingresses, new/full moons, eclipses, saros cycles. Now have to do daily moon signs and void of course moons. A fully functioning calendar! YAY Well almost. Got to turn it into a gardening almanac soon. Its amazing what you can do with a basic calendar lol. Thank you Terry White, I love your calendars even more than my meds! 😍

@ENKELI I know @tyme told me it took quite a while to get her combination of meds and dosages correct.
@tyme Am I paraphrasing you correctly?
At the same time I often think mental and health care for women is shite.
I told @Jynx ADHD + menopause = shite
On the whole in this country, women’s health care professionals and medical research is still dominated by men.
It’s too late for me. But I hope that it changes for my granddaughters.
I love it when you pray for me 🤗
Thank you so much Retiisi, my little red radish.

I'm sorry to hear this @ENKELI . That sounds so hard for them to turn on you like that. At the same time, they've made their choice and that's on them. The work, moving forward, is to ensure you feel supported enough to move on.
Yes, I recognise there will be a sense of grief, yet holding back in life because of what has happened inevitably affects you and not them - I encourage you not to allow them to 'punish' you forever.
What happens to them is on them.
Is there anything we can do to support you through this or perhaps make it a little easier?

Absolutely @Glisten ! So much meddling around with meds. Some made me go up, some made me go down, and others just sent me round and round.
Sometimes, it's not even about the type of med, but the brand. One brand may work better than another. Then, you need to consider the combination of meds as well as whether you take an extend release or a quick release....
I'm totally not a pharmacist and don't plan on being one @Glisten ! @ENKELI !
