..always easier if have a spare @StuF  then just copy from one to the other.something might be on a cloud somewhere these days, microsoft cloud, google cloud , etc etc  you might get lucky. might help if you use same number maybe (?)

..apple or android ? @StuF  if apple probs on cloud, hard to avoid, poss same w android, esp if download apps, means you have some sort of ID so poss something stored, not sms tho, used to get sms back through provider dunno if still works would help if connect it to same wifi as computer you never know whats where til find it ..
