Hello @TAB still listening to meditative mind each morning to heal my chakras. Have been using an app to decipher my voice and spit out health imbalances I have based on my voice alone. It said I have to flush out my kidney meridian so I am doing some exercises for that off you tube
Hope you have a good day today @Meowmy I think problems with your family have acute bearing on your wellbeing. I used to have the same problem. Both my parents are deceased and my brother lives in Queensland. I live a happy life now. Your family will have to pay karmically for the trouble and upset they have caused you over the years. I suspect your mum won't be around for much longer which may offer some release for you but I do know these dysfunctional relationships can be an enmeshment which is hard to disentangle from especially if you are dependent on them and have limited options. Theres no such thing as a 100% bad person and there may have been good things coming from your family.

My kidney meridian seemed to really open @TAB after these exercises. My Dad grew up in a harsh home environment and used to have incontinence as a child due to fear of being abused by my grandfather. Later in life he would have to map out toilets when he drove in his car. He had weak kidney energy through that and also being in WWII. I think I have inherited the same through generational trauma. Anyway it felt like the channels really opened up. It was a 10 minute exercise to flush the meridian and it felt like something really became unblocked for me. I think I will continue to do these exercises and see how I go. Off to do resistance bands now ❤️
