Theyre slightly different ingredients @ENKELI @TAB going by memory the Hungarian Goulash has different herbs and no sauces. I have cooked Hungarian Goulash in the past but never enjoyed the same level of taste as with American Goulash.  I put coconut aminos (a soy sauce replacement)and keto BBQ tomato sauce in mine together with Konjac noodles so its all low carb and low sugar. I think I got the recipe off Budget Bytes webpage. Its a nice mince recipe that is easy to throw together in under 30 minutes. I actually prefer it to spaghetti bolognaise which is always on rotation at my place.  I keep costs down by just buying mince only (a cheap cut) and am signed up to Minimalist Baker and Budget Bytes newsletters.
