no, its new heart medication @SmilingGecko  am starting off on super high dose

hopefully things settle down after first week when drop dose 30%then same the week after

this med cannot be taken long term causes kidney, liver damage also thyroid  plus cancer ha ha lol

@Meowmy tidied up a bit here plus shower. weighed self , went up ha ha lol

I feel better , but really can wait til tomorrow  re bigtown. maybe look at tv, have nap, or hydrate lol. have to wash car before gets worked on wednesday. the guy who fixes it clean big parts of it last time, was a bit embarrassing, and its way dirtier now lol

went for a walk this morning, saw a snake crossing the path so we had to stop and wait. Now I am going strawberry picking

Went yabbying as a child and a snake dropped out of a tree and landed at my feet before rolling off the creek embankment @TAB @Oaktree Didn't get to see what type of snake it was but it freaked me out enough! lol

Have been doing full body detox with Rife. I upgraded and got a lot of gunk out of the trunk. Will continue for two weeks but its working really well. Has had a huge effect on my state of mind and the health of my body apart from more energy

@TAB friends kept teasing me pointing out theres the snake again! It obviously didn't bother them but when it happens to you its a totally different thing lol

@TAB my electric throw which i've had at my computer chair to wrap around me has finally stopped working. Got it from Target or Kmart and who would of thought the darned thing lasted for years and years
