Good Morning @StuF had a good nights sleep! My new resistance band exercises are really vigorous.  Doing full body detox as of today now so we'll see how I go with it - lymph, liver, kidneys, intestines and skin. I learnt the body accumulates over 10,000 toxins per day so good to keep the inner terrain clear. Had cherries, yoghurt and crushed weetbix for brekky. Will be experimenting with some makeup cosmetics today which I bought for 75% off. Mainly lipstick, eyeshadow and facial highlighter tones. Wondering if the company do video tutorials to experiment with colors. Will be doing makeup today as I'm feeling too tired to do anything else. A good way to have some downtime.

I hope you will be okay @TAB in this heat. I just did some whole body detox. I am happy with it am having a slight detox reaction, just drinking more water. So glad I gave it a go. Lawnmower man is here as he could not come by during the working week. At least my garden will be under control during the summer months. He said he only had a few days off. I think he went on holiday to Bali this year allready. He hails from there and goes back usually each year. I love Balinese culture
