Theres nothing like warm sunshine on your skin @TAB. The sunlight is also great for melatonin production at night. During the summer months I go outside around 10am-11am and get enough sun until my skin starts to slightly go red. Then around midday will go out in my sunhat and sit there for 45 minutes getting enough sunlight so I can enjoy deep sleep at night.

Thats good you squeezed in a walk. When I had my car i used to go to old haunts to see how much things had changed - my old house i grew up in and old school etc. It was kind of triggering, did not do much except reinforce the notion that everything is in a state of change @TAB

Hello @StuF what did you get up to yesterday? I'm about to hop into the sunshine. This little gecko loves sunlight! Amazon arrived with some vegan iron tablets. The Deva brand is quite amazing as it doesn't use animal derivatives from centralised cattle farming. The cattle gets injected with all kinds of stuff not just antibiotics. Just a quiet day today for me again. Hoping to get out walking once my gum heals.

Hey @SmilingGecko
I caught up with an old workmate in town, had a few beverages and hung out.
I hope your gum does the right thing by healing quickly
Oh, and enjoy the sunlight!
