Not vegan @greenpea My gut has a hard time with wheat and dairy.

Sulphates in alcohol make me flush and breakout in a rash. Like Asian people do.

Guar gum used as a thicker has a cataclysmic effect on my stomach.

And I can’t wear synthetic clothes or sleep on synthetic sheets or blankets. It makes me sweat 😰

@Meowmy thanks lovely, the pain had gone away and I thought it was all over red rover but now of course that my dental limit with my health insurance has reached its limit it started to hurt again today. I'm hoping the government dental can get me in quickly on account of the pain.
