Hello friends @StuF @TAB @Meowmy have been doing preparedness again! Needed a cheap way to store tonnes of water in a limited space. Saw all kinds of expensive options for those flushed with cash. A preparedness lady I follow suggested to go fb marketplace and get used food grade water barrels. My barrels I got were 220 litres from a resident up the road. Got 4 of them at $20 each to fit in my backyard on the patio. They previously contained olives - a similar scenario. I think hers were full of something previously but the smell had gone. She suggested washing them out or going to a DIY carwash with your own dishwashing liquid to clean them out. They look nice in my garden. So will be doing a water audit over a day to see how much water I need on a daily basis in an emergency. You should have seen the prices on ICBs and barrels on Bunnings.

Thats good @Oaktree you will love getting fitter and losing weight. I used to be a gym goer when i was younger but found it hard with regular commitment. Walking seems to work for me these days and I get encouragement from folks on here. I have nordic poles that I interchange with regular ordinary walking habits to double the exercise effects. I strengthen my center of will in the solar plexus chakra to build determination. It seems to produce more willpower and follow through. Without doing chakra work on this area such as cleaning the solar plexus chakra out, balancing and strengthening it I would not have had tenacity to reach my exercise goals 🙂
