@ENKELI  I went to Craigie Leisure Centre. Oh my stars! The outdoor saunas have got to be the hottest I have ever been in 🥵 Could only do 15mins intervals.

Quick visit was appt only @Glisten  echo test on heart. Cardiologist appt to check results in August. Ive been to craigie prob 2009  . Good pool

• no results, will get 9 aug when see cardiologist
• school was okay  thanks.
• bit run down today , driving etc plus course, but tues after noon went for walk on beach and back up hill didnt get puffed like had last few times. should feel better tomorrow. Thanks

@Oaktree would you be able to let me know how the roofing company goes? Like you my house is 30 years old with cement tiles and I would like to have a quote to get some repairs done. Hoping the insurance company will cover it. Thanks 🤩

Work has been going better. I have changed how I react and in doing so D has actually been better. And looking back I see where I was at fault in the way I handled the situation due to being in a low mood. So now as I drive into work I spend the time listening to my favourite Christian music and chatting to God. It's my form of meditation.

How are you going with all the legal stuff? I hope you are closer to a resolution 💐🫂
