You're so right about having the right facility and peoples...I'm grateful every day to have peeps in my corner.

Today some stuff got dredged up that I've distancing myself from. I thought that maybe I need a hospital admission. I was last an inpatient in 2019, so it's been a while.

After my psychologist appointment I'm not sure where I sit. But I have at least started a process of being a bit more 'honest' with myself And those peeps...

Anyway, I hope your day is going ok?
