Hello @TAB sorry to hear you are run down and have caught a cold. I hope you feel better soon. I was coming down with something yesterday and feel better today. At first sign of a cold I usually take zinc as well as vitamin c. Not many people know about zinc but if you take it at a first sign of a cold it will clear it quickly. I also bought some fresh thyme from the supermarket to make into an anti viral tea. Usually two sprigs of thyme in hot water and it will do the trick and build your immune. Not many folks know about thyme tea and colds. Btw I have been having hot flushes for several months.Would break out into a pool of sweat several times a day. The middle of the night was the worst. Have been able to fix it but it was really horrible, disrupting sleep and just an overrall yucky feeling. I'm glad I'm feeling better. No more hot sweats and rising heat.
