Hello @TAB hope you are feeling somewhat ok this morning. Was on the Zen Chi machine this morning. Am getting closer to my goal weight after summer. Have been using my sitz derivative bath and the gunk is coming out of the trunk! lol Don't know how much you need to keep going with detox! The good thing about it is its a free therapy thats been around for over 120 years and is highly effective. Its Easter Monday and not planning on doing much today may check out some astrology. Bought some winter boots for 2/3 off from Rivers as part of their Easter sale will pay it off using Afterpay

When is your next class @TAB? Are you heading into the TAFE again fairly soon? I'm just analysing  astro transits and matching them with crystals. Just put some ruby crystal under my pyramid. My other crystals were ready to go. After getting back into doing sitz I've noticed feeling lighter within myself. Its a good feeling! We have a new moon fairly soon.  Got to talk to @Oaktree about creating new moon wishes on the New Age Endeavours thread
