Thanks @StuF @TAB slowly on the improve. Apart from that I think I've reversed my diabetes. Its like around 5.3 fasting levels in the morning and I can eat a DIY home cooked dried fruit snack really without a spike reading on my blood sugar monitor. Been like that for a while. No neuropathy either in my foot. Used to get slight tingles in my left foot and not right for some reason. Think I mentioned it to TAB a while back. Might be able to come off my diabetes med. But for now got to focus on self care.
Gave myself some Rolfing via audio since yesterday. Rolfing unwinds stasis in the muscles and fascia. It gives you a sense of release from trauma which is held in the body not just localised in the brain.
I used to have something similar called Zen body therapy with a therapist but kind of went in my own direction using self administered Myofascial release at a pace I could tolerate. It was just too painful to have the weekly sessions.
I have in the past used a dense chiropractic foam roller for Myofascial release and roll my muscle groups over it using my body weight. The therapist I used to see said she got better results with her clients using Zen body therapy than counselling as trauma and neuroses are held in the musculature. Its true but I don't think the MI should have deep tissue work like Rolfing or Zen body therapy as it stirs up a lot.
So lately have been doing "Rolfing" using sound frequencies and it really loosens up knots in the body without using pain to release knots in the muscles. I think the audio was only made in the last couple of years. I've listened to it once before last year. Was finding it hard to do Myofascial release myself with overweight in the past and getting up and down. So this was a good option. My muscles are getting stronger so may be able to get back into foam rolling with Myofascial release.

Wasn't doing anything different really @TAB and can't explain why my diabetes has stabilised. Oh well it will be good to have seen the back of it. How are you going this afternoon? I have to put the produce away. The farmer has been. Feeling a lot better this afternoon

Well I have read about curing diabetes and lifestyle definitely can make it worse, so why not better ? @SmilingGecko guess just a bit skeptical about drs stopping meds as they wouldnt stop blood thinners for me, but that is to do with weight as well now oh well
