It is crazy what we make to throw away @Former-Member 

I think some of the clothing bins near us are meant as cloth to be recycled into cleaning rags etc. I think a lot of the really synthetic stuff is no good for that anyway 😞

I hope you have more luck with the mechanical scales if you go that way

I know. I try and have a zero waste household @StuF. Saw some Salter Scales which is a good brand thats a household name. Good reviews. Normally I read reviews of a product before buying but not this time. Thought it would be ok. My advice is not to buy digital scales as they are inaccurate and are rubbish. If I don't get my money back I'll just be more stringent next time with sticking to product reviews which are normally a more reliable guide.

Stupid cleaner came today. House does look much better but it’s all just a hassle. Need to speak to the agency to see if she is going to continue to come as my service agreement ran out and a new one had to be signed. She hadn’t heard anything yet. Tried to ring them this morning and left my number but they never rang back.
