Hey guys,
I feel really proud of myself today! I tried a food that i thought I hated. Brussel sprouts. I had only had them as a child and they had been boiled to death. Today we cooked them with nutritional yeast in the oven and they weren’t horrible. I only gave them a 6 out of 10 because I wasn’t sure but I ate the whole sprout in 3 bites. If I hated it I wouldn’t have finished it.

Hi @Oaktree . My thinking is, Brussel sprouts are a contrast food. They make all the other things on
the plate taste, all the more nicer. Just kidding. @TAB @SmilingGecko @StuF @Glisten
@Historylover @ENKELI @Meowmy @Appleblossom @Former-Member @Emelia8 Hannah, @saturnzoon @Tilz @Shaz51 @Jacques @greenpea
and everyone.
Have been a bit time poor since I got home from hospital. Still an out patient. So will be a bit scarce for a few days. Have to role up sleeves and hook in for a bit plus the book keeper says I'm neglecting
her. She's got some time off, so I better go make some good memories with my hummingbird.
I'm so glad to see that favourable weather is on its way for you folk. Life is hard enough, without
having to face it in an oven. Will pop in every chance I get, which lately seems to be around the fruit bats lunchtime on my mango's, cheeky buggers.
Thinking of you all. tonys..
