@TAB Yes I know the whole thing to do with our finances really gets to me. Prior to all this inflation I was doing just fine.
I just signed up to smile.com.au! So I get both BUPA and Smile used together for double the benefit. It was only $75/year for Smile which is peace of mind. My money in my micro bonds account just paid for it.
The government used to hand out vouchers for a co-payment to go to outsourced dentists everywhere but they don't do that anymore due to cost. They want people seeing a government dentist now so they can keep within their budgetary constraints. It used to be all the go outsourcing but even then it was not good to try and keep costs down.
I use a tooth mineralising solution that reverses decay, gum disease etc. That has been my dental insurance in the past and tbh the dentist was shocked when she looked in my mouth last time as she was afraid of losing her job. The solution I use threatens dental industry profits.

Hi all
had another busy day today went to city car part way then tram the rest with support workers and we went to place called MOD it was free which was good it was part of fringe which is on in Adelaide and it was called Broken and you follow it into different sections and was about how everyone rates how we think our world society, environment, space, gas emissions education, housing, AI services and similarly are going and for each section you actually interact with each of them, it was really interesting and at the end it actually records what your outcome was ,
a couple got there a connector where the future makes them feel defeated so it's like there holding it together for future.
Mine and some others came up as Achiever which apparently means I started the journey feeling cynical where society has changed but our systems haven't caught up.
Then had some lunch and got back home about 3ish and was so tired i actually fell asleep and then got woken up by my older son to go watch Aussie women's soccer to see if they can get in the Olympics.
