Got up early, meditated.  Have been doing mindless scrolling today. Will organise a DIY energy clearing this afternoon so my biofield is clear. Last night worked with a pranic crystal when meditating and it activated my pineal. Am still detoxing every day. So much energy! YAY!

@TAB TC scan that’s a weird sensation when they inject you with the dye.

I feel it like a wave in the ocean.

A friend of mine says it makes her feel like she’s going to pee herself.

I hope they only find good things Tabsta.

My bad sleep pattern is activated my gerd reflex and it’s messing with my metabolism.

I must have made the chrysanthemum tea wrong because it tasted awful :nauseated_face: Even with honey it still tasted awful.

SG, wish you were here to coach me and basically organise my life, so that I’m not sitting on my bed, on my phone, whining on the forum.
