@tonys my friend, after assembling the bed at Bee’s apartment yesterday, I went to North Beach for a swim. @TAB & @ENKELI will know where that is.

No life guards there, tide coming in. Woman a bit older than me got herself wedged against some rocks and I had to pull her out.

Only 2 metres away from me. She just couldn’t stand up. I never want to get like that. 
Back to the gym for me.

Maybe I’ll wash the sand out of my hair first?

i went to beach that was dog beach or one next to it more often than others @Glisten could always see the breakwater to the south, few beaches down. ok trigg guessing. 

sea in perth is just a touch on scary side for me. cant relax completely. beaches very calm in Adelaide and other popular ones in Sa

Maybe leave the sand in your hair.  Your dreams can leave there footprints in it.   Well,  I would say
