Everyone on here knows I can't spell n spell check just digs me deeper.! Adds to the entertainment.
In my next life I'll go to school.
All jokes asides, I like little pointers now and then. It helps heaps, so thankyou. Sane used to fix some up and soon tired of it. You can always tell when the book keepers around, hey.

Hello @tonys wishing you a great start to the day. Have just put a load of washing through. Hopefully the weather will warm up after yesterdays cooler weather. I hope you are doing well. Got to do housework today but first get kundalini yoga out of the way.
Loving my homemade hyaluronic serum and what its doing for my skin btw! So hydrating! You will look forward to making it. The top brands are a highway robbery - you will never look the same way at commercial hyaluronic brands ever again. Its just powder and distilled water for heaven sakes.
Saving some tomato seeds today from heirloom tomatoes from the end of the week and growing some carrots from scraps. Just checked my numerology for the day and am reflecting on how to assess my situation and how it has evolved from the beginning. Got to have more constructive change it says.
Currently listening to an Amazon audiobook and preparing for next weeks full moon in Leo on what to release during the full moon from last years new moon in Leo cycle. May do a shamanic fire ceremony on the full moon using a micro fire lab.
Enjoying my detox and uptick in energy!!! Feels good to be alive.

Thankyou @tyme . Yes I do feel privileged to be here and remember all your help like it was yesterday.
Day after day, trying to learn how to use a computor, find and read a post, and grasp the flavour of the room through warped glasses.. You walked me through some pretty dark n lonely places and I shall not forget. Thankyou thyme. spelling n grammar, its cringeworthy at times, I'm a flawed specimen progressing.
Hello @Former-Member Want to know something SG. I just get through googleing your last lot of fascinating
explorations and words, . . . and you come a with a whole new bunch..
Well I haven't made hyaluronic acid yet. Hospital won't entertain it. But I did mix a pot of chea butter and coconut oil, with a dash of apricot n avocado oil. Vitamin E works, just melts the scars away..
All they could do to stop me spreading it on my toast. She's a good brew..
Your going to love your tomatoes I bet. First thing I'll do when I home. Pitchfork over the garden bed
and, in with the vegie's. 'Taking care to rescue the worms'. Detox you say and good to be alive. .
Mate , I'm so glad you are alive. Your a lighthouse on my headland my friend.
Have a beaut day yourself. and thanks for your letter. tonys..

The leaves were poking out of the strainer and once they do they kind of inflate.
Its not green tea @TAB its called jiaogulan tea a.k.a gynostemma tea which is an anti aging longevity tea that makes all your organ systems strong. Its also adaptogenic ie. makes your body adapt to stress.
It reduces cholesterol and does a lot of amazing things. I've been drinking it on and off for years. Its wonderfully tasting. Cant quite describe the taste but rich and fullbodied and full of intense flavor. Like licorice but not quite. Its difficult to nail the taste. You have to try it to see. But I love guzzelling it
My acupuncturist got me into it. Its a chinese tea that the chinese have used to preserve youthfulness and extend life. I buy mine from the tea hut here in Australia now.
Last time I checked bignob healers/doctor on the internet were promoting it as a superfood. They have all these fads that the west perpetuates. Its a bit of moneymaking with the marketing but jiaogulan has been around for a long time.
