you;re not alone re Sane site, there was a thread eventually to say what sucks the most about things here  @Zoe7  was hot on it, also @Jacques  seemed to know the architecture of the site was effed as too many patchup jobs or whatever..

also any users fro Blueboard or somesuch that migrated here and wanted that format again .. seek and you shall take on knowledge ................😎

yes @TAB it is a custom made web site not a CRM/CMS so one would need a skilled web site designer to redesign the whole web site, it would take a lot less time than trying to revise the original web site. if they had used a CRM/CMS they would be able to use modules to get more functionality and it is easier to modify.

i do not understand the lingo, but the gist sounds the same @Jacques  thanks.

I vaguely remember basic programming and software design from 1st year info sci 25 years ago now lol  yes, having interchangeable modules would be good 

waterfall lol takes me back some of lecturers had worked on F111 upgrades etc  had to make things work w COBOL and BASIC from 60s lol

i apologise @TAB CRM stands for Customer Relations Management software and CMS stands for Content Management Systems. it is a more integrated way of managing web sites, think of it as a base web site you add modules too. fully customisable and easier to manage and make changes too. sort of like an eco system everything is there, you just choose what you want to use.
