i stumbled onto samsungtv free trial , ok married w children and just shoot me   but the rest ...

have yet to find something i would pay for lol 

brother helping mw work it out . got youtube on tv now, but its all low res and sound has to be better. spent hours trying sound options, while tv howto guides updating themselves, found things at end swear were not there hours b4  ordered an adapter and a cable. easy solution is just to get a blue tooth speaker , that would make 4 crappy sound systems then as non compatible lol @StuF

Woke up thinking 🤔 it's Saturday  thought yesterday was Friday all day 🙃 

I'm going to check out doing Tai chi really need to do Exercising 

I have bad knee and lower back pain and that Tai Chi is the way to go 

I  have nothing on today and

😩 I struggle with loneliness and hate it

I  am alone maybe 57 days every 2 months @saturnzoon  helps to go to shops even , smile at people, also ok to talk to yourself at home lol . give yourself things to do. do what you cant when others there. a day or a few hours not that long really?

I changed to plan managed @StanD re NDIS it's so much easier and more freedom with more help. Hope you can get help re payment 🙂

thanks @saturnzoon  i have sound , just not music quality. have connected iview and youtube. jury is out on anything i would pay for from what seen. maybe was better a few years ago. Going for a nap
