For some reason I typed a message then it wouldn’t post so I pressed the button multiple times, with slight impatience, 😁 which broke the link thing. Crap! 😅
Anyhoo it would be a welcome reprieve I think, real life feels a jail like ATM. 
@TAB sheesh I hear you on medical stuff, I think my head was spinning a while back. I hope it is all ok? I reckon take the things that work and ditch the rest. 😉 Well that’s what I did! 😅

well my life doesnt feel like a prison atm @Former-Member  yeah, was my M.O. re meds  til had an emergency situation and got read the Riot Act by dr never met b4 about 'taking what I choose to' and even had a little charade of making me promise to take meds and had to shake on it lol

Hi  @Tilz ..   Now lets see ..   I have a little map on my wall with the places people are,  and I don't have 

yours on here.  We had big rain in Coffs so I'm going to play detective and guess  Brisbane Gold 

Coast.   You know ,  I've never guessed right once.  lol..      I did have a good walk thanks.  The hospital has great gardens and I'm mobilizing through them with a degree of rhythm.  Be home any day now.

Hope you made it out for a walk Tilz.    First chance I get I'm going for a long slow stroll  in the warm summer rain.

yep,  got tv connected and nbn running , will take that for today. looks like could have chosen a more user friendly tv for internet but yeah. yes, still woozy from prior sleep. no t much use.  Thanks for the Sunday. At least I dont have any tasks/appts tomorrow lol @Former-Member

had intern today  for gp appt @saturnzoon  asked what happened with sleep study application. turns out I had to ring some company i did not know i had to to  see if they got referral.  will ring them tomorrow and see what happens.

guess its been years since spoke last, dunno. and yeah, blood thinners . was a train wreck .. went off them for 4 days as was having tooth removed . went to work physical, got done for irregular heart beat , read no thinners, hot, dehydrated, ok unfit beyond and had been taking weight loss pills that wont pass drrug test on lol 

also had lung clots few years ago, dud knee episodes at work etc so am sort of retired , health pending  atm lol @Former-Member 

yes, prison not good at all. mum got out of hers, but by dying. thats prob bit radical tho
