What do I see through my crystalline eyes @tonys? I see this:

The way I stay happy and upbeat btw is using the violet flame decree no matter how difficult life gets. It is a spiritual technology adepts have used for centuries but was re-introduced by an avatar known as St. Germaine.  It will dissolve negativity, blocks, and cleanse thoughts, words, actions and karma. Its my daily happy pill! Plus it enhances your aura and your attractiveness. Any person of all faiths can do it or you don't just to have belief in any religious tradition to try it. It will cleanse away the old and strike out a new path for your future, one based on happiness and hope for the future.  You will become happier and more optimistic

Re: Tabalugas

Hey @tonys glad youre doing well! I'm just baking a black forest cherry breakfast slice today. It was a higher degree of difficulty that what I'm used to. Had bananas which had ripened plus some frozen cherries and leftover permaculture eggs. It won't be for breakfast solely but a snack throughout the week.

Got someone from a government regulatory auditing program for solar checking the connections to see if my solar was installed correctly.  I had it put in last October so theyre doing it now.

Got to go for a walk this afternoon. Not feeling altogether motivated after cooking for over an hour but got to get bak into my walking routine after this spell of hot weather which has prevented me from going outdoors.

Wishing you a wonderful day!
