aw did I say when got back fm adelaide months ago and was worried about brakes? took it to garage in pirie. guy looked like 70s rocker ok at least 60 yo short , wiry, mullet, glint in his eye, reminded me of someone used to knock around with back then.  anyway he went and got commo to put on hoist and have a look, car looked good, hey. he pulled on a couple nuts looked around said all ok I said how much, he sort of smiled and said $10, i only had 20 so gave him that  and rolled off again. 

while was waiting for him lots locals coming in, old office not touched or changed since 70s lol . be a good place to take car in future i think @Bill16

Just got back from ED emergency hatablets and d racing heart this morning and then sharp pain in chest, have atrial fibrillation and  on blood pressure and blood thinners meds and have to monitor blood pressure now.

Hope everyone is doing ok and keeping cool.

Sorry to hear of your ED ordeal, @saturnzoon I hope you are feeling a bit more settled after going there. Its certainly not one of my favorite places but glad you got to see a doctor in any case ❤️ I used to have high blood pressure and my GP wanted me on a multitude of hypertension meds. I've been able to have more control of it since I lost weight and did health protocols. It can be very disillusioning and feel quite stark. Are you feeling ok now, at least you got your portable aircon sorted? Please remember to take good care of yourself and try to relax if possible. I know exactly what you're going through. Just watch for hidden salt in your diet and don't drink caffeine if possible as it will raise your BP but your doc probably allready told you that! Thinking of you saturnzoon, my heart is with you 😊
