Hello @hanami I hope youre having a nice day. I've just cleared the laundry. Then will sweep the floor in there. Theres enough space for the deliveryman to walk through to deliver my fridge. Went outside to bring green waste bins in and noticed one of my trees was shedding a lot of bark from the heat. This happened last year during summer. Don't know how much wind was around last night but theres bark strewn across my lawn.
@StuF hope you enjoy your day out at the cricket. When I was younger used to attend Boxing Day cricket at the MCG. It will be nice for you to hang out with a friend and have a break from the house.

Sorry, some confusion methinks.
Not going to the cricket itself, just meeting a mate for lunch and a few. Watching game on tv. But yeah, still getting out of the house with company

That sounds even better @StuF watching in the comfort of being in air con if it's too hot!

Sounds like a good idea @StuF thought it may have been too hot to head off to outdoor activity anyway. Enjoy your day

Sounds like you're getting so much done @SmilingGecko. Too hot here today. It was already 25 when I got up at 6 am to go for a run. Needless to say the sweat pouring out of me was something else! Tomorrow will be better and I'm not working so can hopefully achieve lots of stuff I need to get done!
Enjoy your day x

@SmilingGecko when I was young I was a really fussy eater and ate junk and then drank a lot as a young adult. Once I had my first child I suddenly had a 'wake up call' and thought, no this is terrible, you need to take care of yourself! I started exercising and just enjoyed the feeling of it afterwards. Then started to make better choices around food. I think I was trying to make up for the way I treated my body so poorly in previous years! So it's just kinda continued and now I find I feel really flat if I don't exercise each day. I don't run each day though but do try to do it a few times a week as the high impact is good for the bones and all. On other days I walk up hill or do some other exercise like on my indoor bike.
