Well the psychiatrist appointment went ok. Didn’t mention the new cat. She asked me if I went through with volunteering at the hospital after she had advised me not to. I told her I did and that it’s fine. She said “good on you!” So that was surprising. Anyway I don’t need to see her again for another 3 months. So that must mean that I am doing well. She had just had covid too and still sounded hoarse. Lucky I already had it and don’t have to worry about catching it. 
40 degrees is much too hot to worry about exercising @TAB 

I need to sort my junk out and get rid of some stuff @SmilingGecko 

I always feel better if my space is tidy

.. no hint as to what it was ?? .. @Meowmy  yes, at least an hour, maybe more still not cool here . Wind very specific south only , so only comes in south windows , no others, unbelievable
