Thats no good, you could always do indoor aerobics which I think I may have to do during this hot weather. I think Maggie49 put me onto a you tube channel that had indoor aerobics. Must dig it out. Saw some bikes on Kogan but checked my room with aircon and there wasn't enough space to put it in. Plus checked specs and it looked like a nightmare to assemble. May pass for a while. I'll dig up the link and pass it along for when youre feeling up to it if you're interested. Its just too hot to exercise out there now. We have 3 months of this crazy heat maybe even longer @TAB

i am not discussing exercise now, last 2 days 40 deg, ok today bit less, then, 40 and 44 ah ah ah ah @SmilingGecko if you want to exercise in that.. knock yourself out ...............

It was only 23 degrees here today but still hot I could manage indoor exercise but not walking in this weather @TAB Yeah 40 degrees is too hot to do anything.
