Hello @Oaktree its always a worry with pets escaping.  Hope things go well at your psychiatrist. I have not seen my psychiatrist in just under a year which is a good thing. May hear from the receptionist in the new year to keep my patient file active. Don't know whether I would go back. She was great with holistic animal therapy as part of her practice

Loving drinking gynostemma tea @TAB Its got such a rich velvety taste. One tea strainer can produce several cups of tea as the tea leaves are re-usable. This batch is really good! The taste is almost like licorice and ever so so sweet! About to go for a walk now that the weather has cooled off a bit since the weekend. It was too hot to get outdoors prior.  I hope you are doing ok. Just got my yellow sapphire for xmas.  It will be a lovely stone to work with. Anyway walk now lol!

Back in from walk @TAB it was a bit warm outside still. Having some cool water to drink and thinking of what to cook tonight. I'm a bit sweaty after my walk. Have you assembled your indoor bike yet? Much better idea than walking in this weather. It hasn't bumped up to 40 degrees yet. Melbourne is usually a bit milder but it can get up there on some really hot days as you probably know.
