@saturnzoon , got my frozen microfibre cloth on back of neck, life is worth living again .. lol  ok I could always go into other room that has a/c . not set up for that yet.

I have to go to the psychiatrist soon. Not overly keen. I put the appointment off a month ago so I have to go today. My health is good at the moment and I don’t need any prescriptions so it’s just a bit of a pain.

Hubby is going to go get petrol while I’m at my appointment. Will have to shut our new cat in the bedroom while we are out as she is not allowed outside yet and I don’t want her escaping when we get home. Don’t want her running away and getting run over on the road. We have only had her since Sunday.
