Looks pricey @TAB I never did my sums on tea but tend to buy in bulk so am not paying more on postage throughout the year. Gynostemma can be used up to 3x in one day.
The Peppermint you liked is always lovely. I did have a huge bulk packet of Peppermint from Planet Organic which lasted for ages. Loose leaf works out cheaper. I don't know if Planet Organic is still selling in bulk. I think I may have bought direct from their online shop instead of another retailer.
Peppermint also grows very quickly if you can get seeds. It just spreads everywhere I have read and is easy to grow. I have thought of just growing my own peppermint and just putting a small amount of leaves in a strainer to make into a tea.
Did look into growing my own gynostemma but its a difficult plant to cultivate. There are not many growing successes with gynostemma

Missed I lot of posts I'm afraid, @SmilingGecko But this one needed my eyes too see it. I'm so sorry the moderators felt the need to drop the curtain on your traveling elixir, light n sound show. For me all your gems dance on the pages like fire flies just waiting for the take of flag. I open the page and glorious neons light up my face and my way.. They are well intentioned, and I would hope, would be seen as such.
I too have fallen foul of the scrutineers menacing monocle, but my transgressions were for over zealous visions of life on the streets, or dark humour. In your case I feel the indictments may be a bit harsh, and in mine I'm actually grateful for the latitude I'm given on occasion. Well, In any case I pray It does not curb the flashes of colour your soul refracts. My grey walls depend on them.
Hello @TAB @StuF @Meowmy @deshift @Appleblossom @Glisten @Oaktree And anyone else, shoe leathering the gritty streets.
Finally found some time to watch the figure skating on the numb tube. Think wars should be fought like that. I would accept a death watching beauty, grace, and the human form, in flight.
Not someone else's misguided version of what they once thought right. tonys

I have some lemons I have to use up that are ready to go off eventually. Will make myself a lemon tea with juice, zest and diabetic friendly sugar. Will give it a go tomorrow. I don't have leaves off the lemon tree but it should suffice @TAB.
