@TAB followed your tip to get moving in the morning. I use a device that gets chi flowing. I stopped using it after my knees were playing up. But now with walking and a few interventions my knees are fluid so it should not be an issue. Felt a whole lot better. Feelings of wellbeing. It just gets your whole body to undulate and its the equivalent of walking miles with no effort on your part. I just could not bring myself to exercise first thing in the morning but this is effortless.

I had lots of dreaming this morning @TAB sometimes I can't get back to sleep upon waking up in the early hours so every bit of sleep welcome. Fasting blood sugars 5.7, not too bad. Wish I could get it lower. Am about to make a big mug of senna leaf tea. I'm a bit of a connoisseur of teas, I don't know everything about them I need to know or tried all of them but a cup of tea is something special.

next time in adelaide going to find loose leaf green tea w jasmine, get jasmine tea, oolong, white tea and peppermint tea .. @SmilingGecko nearly bought some off ebay, prices vary wildly so have to be careful though..
Ohh was talking yest about mums potato salad @Meowmy @Glisten maybe (?) was a thing read this morning that cooked potato when cooled froms resistant starch which has to be absorbed in lower intestine and somehow this can cure fatty liver ?? its medically proven. they did a study in Germany , feeding people resistant starch for 4 months and it fixed their livers .. ok not from major disease, but fatty liver (there was an acronym) Amazing ..google resistent starch fatty liver.. oh , it also halved their triglycerides. if i could halve my triglycerides, i would have very low cholesterol. more than half of mine is triglycerides but if does say NAFLD ie non alcohol
