Hope you enjoy your food for Chrisse @tonys. I can only imagine what youre eating but you've worked hard for it. Its funny you say I'd make a good body builder. Knew someone in psych rehab who used to be one - its an extreme sport. Had another friend who used to be a ballerina - another extreme sport.
I did buy a bodybuilders diet book years ago by a Melbourne bodybuilder called Donna Cunningham I think her name was who was endorsed by radio personality Brigitte Duclos and it was all high protein. Later found out it was not so good for the brain. My symptoms got worse on it and the friend I knew who used to be a body builder actually led to her breakdown. High protein high stress, not a good idea! 😞 Oh well we try these things!!! lol. I don't think these extreme sports are necessarily good for healthy brains...
Well I hope you get out of there soon. Its probably better than the public system for sure but you seem to be well looked after and recovering well with all kinds of adjuncts like yoga etc. I used to visit my friend in rehab. She had so many surgeries. There was a rehab place out in the south east, quite big and a bit of a maze to get around even with parking. They will try and get your body working the way it needs to again. Are you confident that you can regain proper use of your limb? My friend used to use calipers but was getting around with a wheelie trolley kind of thing after that.
Anyway got to go and eat dinner now. I hope you have a good nite
