Mmmm @TAB No, everybody doesn't have sleep Apnoea. I feel bad / sad, that the health system has let you down and left you so neglected. A doctors role is to inform as well as treat you.
I have seen some online health services but you have multiple health challenges. Health care plan set out by a doctor who cares is what's needed. How you find this in your locality is above my pay grade.
Keeping written records is important. Handing clinicians a letter. with the following might help.
Date. the words copy, one of 3. and details about all your symptoms, medications, bit of history. The names of relevant parties ,
These letters plus a diary, form the bases of an evidence portfolio. You showing a serious, professional approach can have the effect of making the system be a bit more careful.
If you continue to deteriorate, this brief of evidence may help in your procuring further services,
and funding for help. Wondering if Sane can advise you. I do know there are a lot of people on these forums, way smarter than me, with a vast range of life experience. Don't be shy to ask.
We all know your a typical Knockabout, independent, Aussie dude, but @TAB I see clearly you need help my friend. Could be time for a long , honest chat with the mirror...
Very best intentions . tonys..
