well hope work goes okay @StuF  im back from bigtown already, snuck a haircut in as well, so bonus. Got to talk to uber chatty Greek guy who got back from hols recently. went to Greece, them Egypt and Italy on spur of moment. had planned to do Greece whole trip;had free accom, said got bored, so wen to egypt and italy for a week each

@TAB   Going to get back too you when I have more time.  But...   first big alarm bell.  I did not see any thing about a regular blood thinner. . !!!      If you are an AF   patient,   You are Many..  Many..  more times at risk of  blood clots.  !    If your heart is enlarged,  controlling your fluid intake takes a lot of pressure off your heart.  A enlarged heart can aggravate the lungs ,  causing them to fill up with  fluid. 

You are way better at the internet than I.   You must use that to help you gain knowledge of your vascular system and how best you can start to help yourself a bit,  till the real cavalry arrives.

Your kidneys.  ?   dare I ask.    And blood sugar.. ?    You can buy a kit and monitor yourself.

Ok.   Sorry.  saw blood thinners..  Was split tween two tasks.  Thats something.   Saw some where ,  You're giving grog a break.  @TAB .  It the volume    "beer"   as well as the alcohol.  excess fluid means your kidneys doing way more work than they need to.  Kidney can be 80% shot ,  or more,  before it shows.  If you must...      straight spirit or  small glass of wine.

Well sorry to be the ogre Tab..   But I think you already know,  that you,   sardines n salads,

need to become very closely  acquainted.  Still leaves,   sleep apnoea ,  test.
