Thanks @StuF I'm really pleased I made this decision. Well I guess I've got to wait and see now. What is on the agenda for you today? My grocery from Woolies arrived this morning - its all put away. Just listening to health audios. I did a mini Rainbow Warrior course this week on how to bring out healthy masculine balance in the chakra system for both males and females. I know which areas I need to work on to get my kundalini to rise so am focussing more on survivalism in the wild after following the work of an ex-SAS commando. Things are going to get worse socioeconomically and we have to know how to survive on very little. It will be good for my base chakra. For many people with mental illness there are problems with this area.

just hungover a bit @Meowmy after feeling sorry for myself yesterday.
should have a lounge thats where I would be today , all day .. lol
trying to decide what to do. think might do some cooking. A Shepherds pie type thing. cooked a heap of carrots last night as wer going off, that could go in it with peas, mince onion, capsicum, tomato soup for body, gravy/stock and mash on top
see if I go that way. Had coffee, now shower, then another coffee lol
