Re: Tabaluga's

Hello @Meowmy I used to have high blood pressure. I hope you are able to find a comfortable space at home to find your center without having to worry. Just take the meds Meowmy ❤️

@TAB yeah I try to eat healthy, I'm more of a flexitarian. Did try vego but just eat meat every other day inbetween.  Chickpeas are so cheap compared to meat, like 1/8th of the cost

I guess summer coming up @SmilingGecko  i would like to make Tabouleh prob need to grow a tonne of parsley first lol

Ingredients
Tabbouleh
1/2 cup (80g) burghul
3 cup coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
3 tomatoes (450g), chopped finely
1 red onion (100g), chopped finely
1 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint
1/2 cup (125ml) lemon juice
1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
Method
Tabbouleh
1 Cover burghul with water in small bowl; stand about 10 minutes or until burghul softens. Drain in fine strainer; squeeze out excess liquid.
