I have these keto choc snacks that I'm not allowed to eat! lol. You all are so lucky being able to eat chocolate! I would give anything to have some chockie these days, oh well!!!

I remembered to have juice today. made jelly with the pulp. Going to make myself eat it lol ok its in diet pineapple jelly . got the idea from carrot jelly mum used to make, think was grated carrot in jelly w mint maybe anyway I tried tsp of mustard in it , see if that does anything

@TAB TBH I was lead to believe not to have them after speaking to dietician about "diabetic easter eggs" I am more worried about how it would spike my blood sugar. I have keto low sugar bars which I bought but don't know how I would fare eating them. I'm second guessing myself. Don't want to insist on my opinion though. Diabetes educator is taking a hard line saying to eat no healthy junk as she wants my weight down further. I think I'll follow you in juicing and have my celery juice which you can lose weight on. Well half my vegie patch is weeded this afternoon and the lawns are mowed.
