Yes I have seen beans recommended on weightloss sites @TAB I'm pretty sure it had a high sugar quotient going by the label. OK I will check again and see. Can always just have plain cannelini beans on toast without the tomato sauce in it. I think it was the sugar in the sauce. Can look at other brands and maybe check in with Dietician with Diabetes Australia again. Have asked them about other things.
Yeah AA can be good for people. I know Russell Brand has written some books. You should see him in action on his facebook page. I follow a Traditional Chinese Medical Doctor called Jost Sauer and he used to be into drugs 30 years ago or longer and is an ultimate success story now. Hes written books on drug addiction and how to recover
He is totally ripped now from doing chi practice. He says he does not do weights like at a gym but people think hes in and out of one! I never used to have a proper routine. But routine I learned from one of his books has been my friend for over a decade. It honors your internal organs and makes you intrinsically happy by sticking to it. The book I got was "The Perfect Day Plan" by Jost Sauer. It saved my life and my sanity. Life begins working for you rather than against you. People rave about that book as it changes lives
