How does time go so fast? Especially on the internet? The things I want to learn, need to buy, need to do, want to play...?
I was feeling like I was going to fast Friday morning. I tried sitting & listening to the clock ticking with my eyes closed. Focusing on seconds. I counted - at 30 sec I thought, this is going sooo slowly.
A picture from my walk. It was cold & windy. Quiet & calm, so loud & thick with fullness. Ocassional dog walking it's owner. It's cool how dogs appreciate the wild of the winter beach.

G'day @StanD loved the pic of the beach. Thats a lovely shot! I don't live far from the beach but haven't been out that way in years. The bus stops there were being redone outside the railway. Haven't seen the new precinct but you've given me some encouragement to head off to the beach! 🙂

I'm about to have lunch with some bread I baked a while ago. I may bake some more bread this afternoon. Its low carb bread as labelled on the packet and gluten free. It comes up beautifully and the aroma wafting around the house is really lovely. I just buy from Woolies as I can't get out to bread places. Don't know if they sell low carb/gluten free elsewhere anyway. I did buy some Laucke bread but may have to swap it on buy swap and sell as I now have diabetes and its not low carb.
Thats great you're looking into neutralising EMF's and staying within the earth's Schumanns resonance. I feel a lot better for doing so and my wellbeing has drastically improved. I think we are swimming in an electromagnetic soup and it does not bode well for feeling good. With space weather it affects the body and I'm convinced it also impacts mental health. There have been many new studies done on it and how space weather affects the health of humans. By space weather I mean solar flares, coronial mass ejections and solar winds for example.
