Yes I thought I may have to weigh my food. Saw on the back of a coconut water can 12g of sugar which may account for my spike of recent days. Been for a walk in the local park this morning. I love going there. I walk about 40 minutes a day. Don't know if I could do more. Am eating enough red meat to build muscle so more energy. Have been a bit slack with earthing mat. Ate sausages last night not a great idea but the fat was drained from the pan. Got to be more vigilant @TAB

@Former-Member perhaps try 2 more 5 min walks ? also what I used to do was make myself get up every 5mins even is not to do much, just move, ie change tv manually (ok it was the 90s ) ..lol
Am about to go to big town, throat not good, but not worried anymore as got re-told yest its not choking.
Read yest throat probs side effect of blood thinners that I no longer have to take, so guess what ? ..bye ... also not good for kidneys, could be carried 15 kg of water plus...

Yeah @TAB throat stuff. Maybe the blood thinners were the missing connection? I guess we have to wait and see. I hope it flips the switch for you.
I usually don't eat sausages because of trans fat but followed someone on a budgeting group with a recipe. Maybe could make meatballs and use them instead of old frozen sausages in freezer prior diabetes? I eat healthy fat like nuts and seeds.
But yeah got to keep more active. I hate having to keep pushing myself as its so hard

These are abstract videos @TAB oh I loved Arnold, I was about same age.
Don't know if I want to ruin mood - I look at this with different eyes now. Children's acting skills , too incredible for their age.
Apparently, in deep space, if you travel to the edges of time...way off in the distance, if you be really still & quiet .. you will hear ....The Odd couple theme song.
De de de de deeee🎵
Great news re: dr results roomie.
Still kickin'.
Have a great Friday everyone. I thought it was Saturday already!
@Meowmy @StuF @Former-Member & everyone else.
P.S I did a crazy thing Thursday - "cosmetic surgery" well not surgery exactly. I got "fillers" (I'm imagining pillow stuffing/feathers etc.) injected into my lips. I keep looking in mirror. 👄

Are you happy with your fillers @StanD it must have been interesting getting it done. I used an audio called Lip Plumper off Sapien Medicine on you tube which seemed to work years ago
