Hey @TAB been busy in the kitchen blanching leftover vegetables to freeze, I got about 7 days worth of extra meals. The farmer arrived today delivering my produce. Its so affordable. Yes I do go organic but somehow you get so much more compared to the food company I was dealing with.
Theres no middleman involved and I get a farmer with his felt hat to do the delivery! Its so nice getting straight from the farm. I have to get into dehydrating with my dehydrator to preserve my food supply. Vegie garden needs a bit of weeding but will plant more vegies soon.
I put a small amount of water in the pot and cook the vegies for a few minutes then plunge into iced water so the produce stops cooking then into plastic zip lock bags into my chest freezer.
Thats my achievement for the day. May do some vacuum cleaning later
