@TAB hey tabby, guess life we have to get through mostly on our own. May be that's why I go to church ha
Hope things get better for you. Hope Dr can help you to lose some weight. May be buying house is a huge thing. That will lock up most of your money. But it's good security to always have some where to stay. May be it will take time to work out
Pray for you

Heat too much, @TAB? I must admit, I prefer the cold. Summer has been reasonable here, by my measure. Another nice relaxing Sunday ahead.

Sorry to hear you are out of sorts and a bit lonely @TAB since yesterday. I've been establishing links with a couple of people. Its been a welcome change. Its so hard to get to make friendships as you get older. I used to belong to a Taoist community which was big and gregarious but I had to conceal my MI. Wondered if you could hop along to a community centre or neighborhood house and attend workshops, Grow or a men's shed. I met lovely folk at these type of groups. You need folk in you life

Yes I went to Grow and there were some beautiful people there. Except one who was doing drugs and alcohol and i sensed he was violent so never went back. The others were really nice people and you got a sense they were educated and had things going for them. I used to attend community centres/neighborhood houses when I could and was on a committee of management once. There are some nice neighborhood houses to attend we have a state of the art new neighborhood house locally which is in architectually designed building. Some bald headed architect went rogue! lol But yes they are around. Not welcome at a men's shed for obvious reasons but had a friend who attended one who was the son of mega wealthy parents but he got along. He was a practicing buddhist who was very artistic, alternative etc. He did a fringe film of the growth of the Men's shed movement. There may be other fledgling incorporated groups to attend. Saw a lovely person with schizophrenia on the board of such a group - she came across so well - astute, well spoken and doing all the essential stuff for her community. Don't under estimate these local groups, there are all kinds of people who go @TAB
