@TABGood to hear from you. I didn't think you would have results back yet but what I was trying to say when you do get results back- I hope its good news. And I am sorry the procedure was horrible for you- do you want to talk about it?
I have been stressed for a while but I think its a combination of things. And also not been sleeping too well of late and having the procedure probably not helping either. I am not coping too well when my parents stay. And then I start to worry about me not being able to cope and feeling bad because I can't cope. Its not so much my mum but my dad. I suppose I can only do what I can and help them as much as can within my resources and energy levels.
Another reason I am stressed because I don't have much support or able to open up to anyone. But I always try my best. Its hard to open up because of various fears etc not feeling safe/comfortable and judgement from others. Do you much planned for the coming days?
Tomorrow I am taking Milo to the vet and not sure what is happening with him- so I will have to stay close to home tomorrow. But I am hoping to get a swim in tomorrow. And Thursday I am going to visit someone in Brisbane and in the afternoon I have specialist appointment.
