My anxiety tears haven't stopped all day. I'm exhausted and petrified at the same time. I rang an alcohol help line & they advised taking more of the meds I have had home (which haven't helped) & call my pdoc tomorrow &'ask for an emergency admission. 

I feel like I'm not going to make it &'it's all self inflicted.
