I’m having an iced chocolate because too late for a coffee
spent a lot of time this afternoon prepping some meals from what we have in the pantry/fridge then freezing them so that we always have some things on hand and nothing goes to waste
Made veggie stock from some veggie scraps we kept, zuchini slice for the freezer and Bolognese, and then froze some pumpkin into cubes all of this stuff was about to go bad or not eaten for a few days

@ArraDreaming ooh nice, good making use of all your bits of food! I've never made stock before. I know in theory it should be soooo easy but I just haven't gotten round to it!

it’s so easy @Jynx I have never made it myself either until today but we are trying to get more veggies into our kids so thought to make some stock for when we are boiling stuff for em, cheeky as
just put a heap of carrot ends, zuchini ends, onion ends all of that scrappy stuff into a pot with water let it boil for ages while I made the other things then strained it
