I somehow think you were born running @ArraDreaming

I'm glad you are grateful today too 🙂 It really puts a smile on my face.

Re: Share a cuppa?

One thing @ArraDreaming @Shaz51 , I've also learnt that being grateful is not just for the 'good' things, but also for the 'not-so-good' things in life. I feel we have a lot to learn when we have adverse circumstances. I feel we learn more then, than if everything was going well.

Thoughts?

Re: Share a cuppa?

Running into poles? @tyme

grateful for my family and all the growth we have made as a family lately and more to come

Re: Share a cuppa?

Right on my awesome friend @tyme

I  tell Mr shaz we have soo much to be thankful about, but it takes him a bit longer to realise but it does not last too long before he hits low again

My @tyme you have grown soo much my friend ❤️

Re: Share a cuppa?

In every circumstances we can see some good in everything that happens @tyme , sometimes it can be hard at that moment

Re: Share a cuppa?

Oh for sure, it shapes us and gives us unique perspectives, not nice to go through hard times but when you are on the other side of it looking back you can see how your experience slotted into the pathway of your life, @tyme
i have had some real horrible experiences but looking back I’m like yeah I wish that never happened BUT what came from it years later was this and this. Take my sister for example, we lost contact, mum passed away and we learnt to be a family again and lean on each other, just her and I, and that’s been special. hard times, but we have learnt a lot through leaning on each other through the experience @tyme
I hope I made sense

Re: Share a cuppa?

Is that what u meant

Re: Share a cuppa?

Precisely @ArraDreaming ,

It's not all about the 'good' but also the 'not-so-good' things that may really be a blessing in disguise.

So sometimes it's about stopping and refocusing our thinking to see this.

I hear what you mean @Shaz51  - sometimes it's easy to forget what we are grateful for - I think that's why people need people to remind them. Humans are social creatures. Sometimes we feel we are not, but really, humans need humans to grow.
