Issues with our physical health can really play havoc on our mental health, don't you think so?

I have been looking at the forums most days but haven’t posted. My hubby had knee replacement surgery on the 4th so I have been busy caring for him. He is doing a lot better now but still in a lot of pain. I was quite stressed. Feeling better now.

the dog is upset with me because I got mad at her for running onto the bed and jumping on my face while I was asleep, she full sprinted up the hallway probably head butted the door open and then jumped on me she really can’t be doing that anymore with minion number 3 coming soon
