Life throws curve balls at us sometimes, but it is about how we rise up from these challenges. I've made many mistakes in my life, ones I'm not proud of. Yet I am first to admit I am not perfect, because I want people to know that if there is hope for me, then there's hope for others.

I think it gets harder when some people have the belief that they are never wrong. This is when there are issues. I have found it very hard to work with such people. But it has taught me patience.

Hi @ArraDreaming, I'd love a cuppa. At church yesterday I started to have an asthma attack, was puffing quite a lot on my Ventolin, but was very proud of myself because even with the attack I was producing a very clear and well produced voice, and even received applause afterwards. I then came home and had a very quiet day, resting and keeping up the preventer and Ventolin. Church decided to give me the rest of the cake and donuts that were left after morning tea, as a morale booster (they know I get a bit down when I have to miss practice). I'm breathing more easily today, still producing phlegm, but my capillaries are open so my lungs can get oxygen easily and expel the phlegm better too. How are you all?
