I'm ready for a cuppa too. I've had a pretty good day today, but I also had one upsetting incident happen.
At least I can hang out with you all here.
My latest calming strategy are Rubik's cubes. I can solve 1/3 of one. So I'm going to work on the next 2/3 in a few days time. I'm just practicing the 1/3 to get that down pat first. It is actually so calming, but it has to be the Rubik's brand (*cough cough... not promoting brands at all) - purely because of how smooth and easy it is to shift and manoeuvre.
